Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not happy with any purchase we will exchange it or refund your money. Please allow our easy exchange/refund process.

RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Damaged item(s) will be replaced with an identical product(s).
Contact our customer service department within 10 days of receiving your order to notify us you wish to return an item(s). A Return Authorization Number will be e-mailed to you.
Package items in the original shipping box if possible using sufficient padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of the invoice. Returns cannot be accepted without your Return Authorization Number placed on the outside of your package.
When your package has been received, we will issue a refund or store credit for the price of the product(s) you returned (including tax, if any). All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

RETURN POLICY FOR NON DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Opened items can be returned for store credit only.
Returned item(s) must be in a resalable condition.
Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Please allow 10 business days to process your refund. You will be notified by email that your refund has been issued.
